These terms cover using RoomRedesign AI (roomredesignai.com). By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
RoomRedesign AI lets you upload a photo of a room and generate visual redesign directions from it. Results are visual directions, not construction plans — they do not guarantee that furniture will fit your space, do not function as renovation drawings, and do not guarantee a real-world price for anything shown. Credits and subscriptions
You get 3 free credits when you sign up, no card required. Generations spend credits at the rate shown at the time you confirm — never silently. Free credits fund watermarked previews; clean Standard and HD files require a paid pack or active subscription. One-time credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits refill on your billing cycle and stop refilling if you cancel; you can cancel a subscription at any time, and credits already refilled for the current cycle remain usable until they run out. Current prices are listed on the Pricing page and are the authoritative numbers.
Refunds
If a generation fails outright, the credit it would have cost is refunded automatically to your account — you do not need to request it. Credit purchases are otherwise treated as final once credits have been spent on a successful generation.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the results generated from them. You grant us permission to process your photo to generate and display results back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use, or photos of people who have not consented to their image being processed.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any redesign result is achievable in your actual space, at any particular cost, or within any particular timeframe. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects credits, pricing, or your rights, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
