Privacy Policy
This policy covers RoomRedesign AI (roomredesignai.com). It is written in plain language and kept conservative — where we are not yet certain of a policy, we say so instead of overpromising.
Account data
New sign-ins use Google only. We receive the basic profile information Google shares for authentication, including your email address. If you previously used a password-based sign-in, its associated credential record may remain under our retention and deletion policy even though password sign-in is no longer offered in this interface. We never store the plain-text password. We also keep usage records — things like your credit balance, generation history, and purchase history — so the service works and so you can see your own activity.
Uploaded photos and generated results
Your uploaded room photo and the results generated from it are stored so the tool can show them to you, let you compare directions, and let you return to a project later without re-uploading. This section matches the fuller version on the Limits & Privacy page.
We intend for account deletion to remove your stored photos and results. Until that is fully confirmed on our end, if you want a photo or result removed sooner, email support@skybringup.com and we will remove it manually.
We do not use your photos to train our own models. We have not finished confirming our upstream AI provider's data-handling policy in writing, and we will update this page once that confirmation is in.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number on our servers — Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy and security practices.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand overall traffic and usage patterns. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites; it reports aggregate numbers, not per-person profiles.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account data and generation history for as long as your account is active, so the service remains useful to you. If you want your data removed, email support@skybringup.com and we will process that request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. We are not going to quietly loosen a commitment stated here without updating the text you are reading.
